This took me a while to flat with all the background details. This was practically all background with a little Batman on top, heh heh...

Did the rendering in about two hours. 

I played around with blend modes and layer fills with various opacity.

Oh and Flats done in Photoshop Cs6, Modeling/Rendering done in Manga Studio EX 5.

My first go round with Manga Studio, and I think I like it. It won't replace photoshop  since flatting is way easier in PS, but it is a pretty straight forward program.
